Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days. However, delivery times are estimates and may take longer due to factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, or periods of high demand.
We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to assist if delays occur.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items returned outside the return window

  • Items that show signs of use or damage not caused in transit

  • Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  • Items purchased on sale or with discount codes, unless faulty or damaged

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled or modified if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled or changed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your card provider or payment service

  • If issues persist, please contact us and we’ll assist you
